Kawasaki one of the most aggressive machines available and with a good engine management device you can tame the beast, smoothing out the throttle and unlocking even more potential. Secondary throttle plates restrict the bikes immensely for emissions and sound regulations.

With our ECU flash, it provides a flashing to optimize the early rev limiters, timing retards, air injection systems, secondary butterfly’s and lack of fuel, in the low rpm and part throttle conditions. Typical performance increases start at 10hp to the wheel but we have seen upwards of 40hp to the tire on the new ZX-10R models with an additional 2000rpms of useable power. All Kawasaki’s come lean in the low rpm range from the factory including the Vulcan series and all respond immensely from a balanced and proper air fuel ratio given with a PowerCommander or other engine management software and a custom dyno tune.

The Gen 4 and 5 ZX-10R and ZX-10RR are both one of our favorite bikes to flash. It picks up so much power at the top because from the factory the secondary throttle plates close off up top even with the throttle wide open! So we go in and fix that, tune it up and bam, now the power climbs all the way to red line. We’ve done testing with the KRT packages including cam swaps etc as well that push it over 200rwhp!

The ZX-14R is also another phenomenal bike that once flashed, is absolutely astonishingly powerful.

There is a lot of competition on the market for dyno tuning and performance parts in the zx14r world, especially with the latest  generation coming out in the last few years. We worked directly with Woolich racing on helping develop technology and great ecu flashing products for this bike. We have current ecu flashes for every exhaust configuration on the market which will never require power commander to tune.

We’re able to remove all restrictions, map for specific fuels, on an individual gear basis, etc. We’ve confirmed our tunes, with real time data loggers at the Mojave desert and Bonneville salt flats at over 200mph. We developed our own flash for this bike, it is not a copy and paste of another companies work, as other companies have been doing. Our numbers, are our numbers, developed on our dyno’s, with hours of our work.

  1. Nels,

    I have a 2011 Ninja 1000, bought it new.

I had dual Two Bothers slip-ons installed before I rode it home. Still has stock mapping and air filter. I think the bike runs like a top and have no complaints, but am curious to know what you think about the following:

    1. Will having you tune/re-map impact warranty in any way?
    2. Do you think tune/re-map with stock ECU and air filter will yeield results? I assume PC and higher flow air filter will help, but since I already like performance as is, I’d like to NOT spend $$ on hardware if your magic on current equipment increases performance.

    Let me know. Thanks.

    1. Give me a call at 425-269-5332 there’s some interesting stuff we can do with your bike.

  2. Hi, I have an 06 ZX10R that I’m thinking of getting flashed. I have replaced the exhaust and so the red light in my dash, I’m sure you know why. But will the flash turn that light off and give me a little extra power? How much would it cost me?

    1. Yes I’d be happy to help! Send me an email at 2wheeldynoworks@gmail.com and we can go over all those details and questions for ya!

  5. Hello my friend with the H2 said this was the next place to get my zx10 dyno and mapped I just got into town. I had it mapped in South Carolina. Now I’m on the west coast I need a new shop to take my bike to. For the next couple years. I’m setting it up for the track. Some track you guys have here. I guess it’s called pacific race ways. I’m new here from Texas /south Carolina.

    1. Shoot me an email to set up a time to check out your bike. There are a few good tracks out here that are pretty fun as well

  6. I have a 2009 Zx6r with exhaust, no pre or cat, k/n filter, pro flo race oil filter, servo buddy. I don’t have a PC5 and want to unlock more power. Do I need to get a PC5 before dyno turn? I want to unleash everything from this bike. Let me know where to start?! Hopefully will have this ready for riding in May. Thanks!

    1. We do not need a PC5 to tune your bike, we can do everything with the ecu flash! Email us for pricing and scheduling and we’ll get your bike dialed in better than you could believe!

  7. Hi there…I just aquired a new 2016 ZX10R. Looking at exhaust and Flash options,,,several of my old roadrace buddies referred me to you. My klnowledge comes from back in the carburated adjust needles and jets etc days…need help with the new technology 🙂 Would like to chat, thanks, Mike Wassemiller

    1. Absolutely! Give me a call 425-269-5332. We can really unleash that bike

  8. Hey Nels, new to the whole tuning thing and all. And to the bike community, I’ve got myself a 2009 ER6N. I’ve placed a IXIL aftermarket slip on exhaust on it and it sounds amazing. But I get a slight choke around 3000 rpms if I hold steady. What style of tune up would I need to fix this? And would I need a full tune up? Thanks for you’re time.

    1. Power commander would be able to get rid of that for you with a custom dyno tune no problem!

  9. Hey nels so I have a 2015 zx10r 30 th anniversary edition. I have a pcv5 ,sfm, race bmc air filter, m4 gp slip, and my ecu been flashed from Superbowl unlimited. It runs pretty good but I added the pcv and sfm after I got my intial flash. My buddy told me you guys were the best and I’m looking for my bike to,be all the way unleashed. If you can help or recommend anything id definitely like to know.

    1. Send us an email or give us a call and we can go over more details with you for your options
