Kawasaki one of the most aggressive machines available and with a good engine management device you can tame the beast, smoothing out the throttle and unlocking even more potential. Secondary throttle plates restrict the bikes immensely for emissions and sound regulations.
ECUnleashed provides a flashing to optimize the early rev limiters, timing retards, air injection systems, secondary butterfly’s and lack of fuel, in the low rpm and part throttle conditions. Also, PowerCommander or Bazzaz devices work well in conjunction with timing retard eliminators and removing the secondary throttle plates. Typical performance increases start at 10hp to the wheel but we have seen upwards of 30hp to the tire on the new ZX-10R models with an additional 2000rpms of useable power. All Kawasaki’s come lean in the low rpm range from the factory including the Vulcan series and all respond immensely from a balanced and proper air fuel ratio given with a PowerCommander or other engine management software and a custom dyno tune.
