Pacific Northwest Premier Mobile Motorcycle Dyno Tuner

KTM

We have the ability to tune your KTM by plugging straight into the factory ecu, this allows us to change everything that your ecu controls, giving you a better running bike from rim to rim.

We have the cables and software to tune any fuel injected KTM’s with TuneECU software. This gives us the ability to individually tune each cylinder and gear for timing, fueling, based on rpm’s, TPS and load, rev limits, speedometer calibration, closed loop function and full air injection controls.

KTM’s run a very powerful closed loop operation. The keys to tuning KTM motorcycles is turning the O2 sensor(s) off, eliminating a lean running, self tuning bike. By adding the necessary fuel to the low rpm ranges we substantially increase the throttle response, ride ability, smoothness and horsepower. With the v-twin model KTM’s, a cylinder balance is necessary to obtain proper performance, we have the ability to sample air fuel readings through the factory tuning ports in the head pipes when true dual exhaust is not applicable. These principles apply to all fuel injected KTM’s.

Hey Nels – both my KTM’s are running great – thanks for taking the time to get that little extra out of the 690 – it seems to have solved
    the surging — herky jerky’s –

the 990 runs awesome – it always ran great but now it runs even better – who knew?

Money and time well spent –

    • At this time we are only able to do Power Commander tunes with the RC390, the companies we use haven’t developed a flash for the RC390 as of yet that we can use for mail in services.

Hey guys! I am looking at getting a 1290 Super Duke R w/ABS. Have you guys tuned one of these yet? Would love to see what a proper tune could do or if I could even just get a little more info. Thanks!

    • We’ve the a lot of these. They require a power commander. With proper fueling they are a fantastic running machine with great gains, especially after a full system is installed. We only provide in housing dyno tuning services at this time as the ecu is currently locked out to tuning
