2Wheel DynoWorks has the ability to tune Suzuki’s with all aftermarket engine management devices such as PowerCommander, Bazzaz, EM Pro Race ECU’s, and Yoshimura EMS. We also have the Pro Factory TEKA tuning equipment, this means that on most Suzuki models we can plug straight into the factory wiring harness on the bike and reprogram the fuel injection controlled by the ecu. With this we can get your bike perform at its best without needing to buy an expensive tuning device.

With new ecu flashing technology we are able to now truly transform the performance Suzuki models. The GSXR600/750/1000/1300 all benefit greatly from the ecu flash, it’s like riding a whole new bike. We are able to turn your GSXR into a racebike with blinkers basically, it’s a truly awesome transformation.

We’re also proud to present our flash services are available for the brand new 2017 GSXR-1000RR’s. We’ve done some great R&D tuning and the results are fantastic!     I have a 2006 model, and I was wondering if you can turn off/dial down the engine braking of this monster. No aftermarket parts on the engine, just a hollowed out exhaust. Appreciate any feedback!

    Is ther any gains to be had by tuning a 2008 gsxr 1000 with taylormade exhaust and k&n ?

    1. Absolutely you will get some very noticeable gains on that bike from a proper tune, especially with the aftermarket pipe on it

  5. I have a 2011 gsxr750 ..yoshi slip on and k&n filter with a 16t sprocket on the front and stock rear.. Can the ecu be programmed or reflashed to run better on the tear model?

  7. Hello I have a 2001 Suzuki bandit 1200s with a Yoshimura rs-3 slip on. Is it possible to do any tuning in the carbs without rejeting? Or is that my only option?

    1. We do baseline runs to find out where the bikes at as it sits, and then go from there. Sometimes it’s a tweak here or there, sometimes it’s jets. We don’t know until we baseline it.

  9. I have 2013 gsxr 750 with m4 gp slipon only. Still has cat. I want ecu unleashed but don’t want steering damper affected. Is that possible?

    1. Absolutely. We reflash the ecu with another program that gives us full control over it. Email me for details

  10. Hey Nels, I have a 2014 M109r w freedom performance sharp curve radius exhaust, and soon will have an air box mod and PCV done. What do you recommend for this set up, just custom mapping or an ECU flash as well??

    1. We recommend the PC5 which allows us to get an individual cylinder balance tune, so that is perfect. For that bike, the only thing we can unlock in the ecu is to increase the rev limiter. Email me for pricing/scheduling.

  11. Hi Nels, I have a 2013 Hayabusa with M4 full exhaust, BMC filter, TRE and PCV. So I know you can do wonders with the PCV since you did it with my Gixxer 1000. I was just wondering would a ecu flash combined with a PCV dyno tune give me any gains? Or do you just do one or another? would also like to get rid of or turn down the engine breaking if possible. also wondering what your rates are now for the Dyno tune.

    I have a 2003 sv650 with a k&n filter. Just purchased a full m4 exhaust and was wondering if I have to install a PC5 or can I just have it dyno tuned?

    1. We can actually do the fuel mapping without a PC5 on that bike.

  14. Can I get a quote for Ecu flash for 2008 gsxr 1000 with K&N filter, two brothers exhaust and juice box. Bought the bike with the juice box installed not sure the settings. I did place all the settings to zero. What potential gains am I looking at?

  15. Hi – I have a 2004 DL1000 Vstrom that I want to dial in for smoother power delivery at low RPM where it runs lean and tends to hesitate. Can you do an ECU flash on this bike or do I need a PCV or PCFC to accomoplish the tunuing?

    1. We’d need a PCV to get you tuned up. Are you local to us?

      1. I too have a 2005 DL1000 that I’m looking into getting some ECU work done on. Evidently this bike is notorious for having issues at low rpm’s. Mine feels real jerky/surges/hesitates at low rpm’s below 3300 or so. If I’m not mistaken, isn’t it possible to edit the OEM ECU as apposed to installing a Power Commander or similar box? Your help would be much appreciated.

      2. We can tune it without a power commander, we would need the bike in shop though on the dyno. Give us a call or email to set up an appointment time. We can absolutely take care of tuning your bike up and definitely fix that low rpm issue

  17. Hey i have 2011 Gsxr 1000 and i removed stva and flapers for secondary trottle, but now i have error c28. Do you guys eliminate the codes too? And also can you do CPU based quick shifter?

  18. I have a 2007 m109r with a PC3, You did a dyno at cycle gear a couple of years ago and recently changed to a big air box kit and needs to be retuned. it’s beginning to pop, and crackel. I have a hardon krome 2 into 1 exhaust.

      1. There’s a Dyno shop here in Portland they Tommy Dyno tune does not support Power Commander 3 anymore is that true. And also curious how much do you think it would cost I’m really tight on budget thank you

  19. I have a VL1500 with cobra long drag pipes, a stage 3 kit in the carb and KN open top air filter box. I just added a dynatek 3000 ignition. It runs pretty good as is but it’s strictly a garage set up. Is this something you might be able to fine tune?
